"Good flavours, just caught me at the wrong time"
Overall the flavours were really nice and close to what I was expecting. They weren’t too harsh either, which I liked. One of them did feel a bit weak, but I think I might’ve just tried it at a bad time when my taste was a bit off. Still happy enough with it.

"Battery Really Stands Out"
The main thing I noticed with this vape was the battery. I had it with me all day and kept expecting it to die, but it still had charge left by the end. The draw is smooth too, and I didn’t get any of that weird burnt taste, which is usually the first thing that puts me off. I wasn’t paying much attention to anything fancy, just whether it worked well, and it did. Happy with it and I’d use alectrofag.co.uk again.

"Return worked, eventually"
I had to return something to alectrofag.co.uk because it wasn’t quite right for me. The return info was technically there, which was nice, but I did have to do a bit of detective work to figure out what I was actually supposed to do. Always fun.

I sent it back and then waited longer than I expected for the refund. It did show up in the end, so credit where it’s due, but it definitely wasn’t winning any speed awards.
Overall, it wasn’t a disaster, just not especially smooth either. The return happened, the refund arrived, and my patience got a little workout. 3 stars feels about right.

"Battery didn’t last like I expected"
I bought this hoping it would get me through the day, especially since I usually use my stuff while I’m making coffee in the morning or sitting around after work. Unfortunately, the battery died really fast, way quicker than I expected. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it either, so that was disappointing. Not happy with the battery life at all.

I ended up waiting over a week for my order, and the lack of proper updates made it even more frustrating. I get that delays can happen, but someone should be taking responsibility and keeping customers informed instead of leaving us guessing.

I’m not sure this was genuine. Something about it just felt off from the start, and when I reached out to support, I felt like they were more focused on making it seem like I’d done something wrong than actually helping me figure it out. Overall, it left me uneasy.

"Packed Better Than I Expected"
I wasn’t expecting anything fancy with the packaging, but it actually showed up really well protected. The box felt sturdy, everything inside had plenty of padding, and there were no dents or mess when I opened it. Definitely better than I thought it would be.

"Weak nicotine hit and no one to talk to"
I ordered this hoping for a decent nicotine hit, but it felt really weak and didn’t satisfy me at all. What made it more annoying was that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact if I had questions or wanted help, just the usual faceless process. I don’t think I’d bother ordering again.

"The delivery saga I never asked for"
I ordered this thinking it would show up in a few days, but wow, it turned into a whole dramatic waiting game. Every time I thought it might finally be on the way, there was another delay, and the tracking was basically useless. I had to keep chasing them just to figure out what was going on. When it finally arrived, it was way later than expected, and there wasn’t even a real apology. the delivery was such a letdown that I wouldn’t use them again.

The site does work, but it felt clunky enough that it made me lose a bit of trust in it. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. "Issue was actually sorted without much hassle"
I had a small problem with my order because one of the items wasn’t quite right when it arrived. I emailed them and it did take a bit of time to hear back, but once they actually replied, they got it sorted and sent out the correct one. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they fixed it in the end, so I’m happy enough.

I ordered this because the site said it was in stock, but then a few days later, or maybe it was the next week, I’m not even sure at this point, they told me they didn’t actually have any. Frustrating and felt like a waste of time.
